El registro tiene dos pasos. El Paso 1 es el consentimiento informado — son 6 puntos obligatorios, cada uno con un acordeón que puedes expandir para leer el texto legal completo antes de marcarlo:
Registration has two steps. Step 1 is the informed consent — six required items, each with an accordion you can expand to read the full legal text before checking it off:
- 4 cláusulas del Consentimiento Informado (alcance del servicio, no-diagnóstico, tratamiento de datos de salud Ley 1581/2012, anonimización)

Un contador en la parte inferior ("X de 6 aceptadas") te muestra cuánto falta. El botón "Continuar" permanece deshabilitado hasta que las 6 casillas — 4 cláusulas + Mandato + Política de Privacidad — estén marcadas.
A counter at the bottom ("X of 6 accepted") shows you how much is left. The "Continue" button stays disabled until all 6 checkboxes — 4 clauses + Mandate + Privacy Policy — are checked.
Una vez aceptado el consentimiento, el formulario "Crea tu cuenta" pide 8 datos, agrupados en una tarjeta "Información básica":
Once you've accepted the consent, the "Create your account" form asks for 8 fields, grouped in a "Basic information" card:
- Nombre y Apellido
- Fecha de nacimiento y Género (F/M)
- País (pre-llenado "Colombia") y Ciudad
- Celular — con prefijo +57, obligatorio (no opcional)
- Correo electrónico — será tu usuario de acceso
- First and last name
- Date of birth and Gender (F/M)
- Country (pre-filled "Colombia") and City
- Phone number — with +57 prefix, required (not optional)
- Email address — this will be your login username
Debajo, una segunda tarjeta "Contraseña" pide la contraseña (mínimo 8 caracteres) y su confirmación.
Below, a second "Password" card asks for your password (minimum 8 characters) and confirmation.
Revisa tu bandeja de entrada — recibirás un correo de adhere con un enlace de verificación. El asunto es: "Verifica tu correo en adhere".
Check your inbox — you'll receive an email from adhere with a verification link. The subject line reads: "Verifica tu correo en adhere".
Toca el enlace de verificación para activar tu cuenta. El enlace expira en 24 horas.
Tap the verification link to activate your account. The link expires in 24 hours.
Una vez verificado el correo, ya puedes iniciar sesión. En tu perfil verás la insignia PIONERO — es permanente y te identificará como usuario fundador de adhere.
Once your email is verified, you can log in. In your profile you'll see the PIONEER badge — it's permanent and identifies you as a founding adhere user.
